The hotel was a fantastic base for exploring a peaceful area near a river and natural hot mineral springs. the triple room I stayed in had spacious and comfortable beds, along with a beautiful view. the staff were all friendly and provided helpful service.

Big and warm rooms with good beds and wake-up service. Beautiful views over river from our room. Nice pool, unbeatable and exceptionally nice location nice in the heart of the mountain. Just off Bulgaria, the nature, hot mineral water, and the restaurants.

I recently stayed at Alfaresort Palace Chiflika for a short vacation and had a great time. The hotel is located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The double room deluxe was spacious and had a stunning view. The breakfast and dinner provided were satisfactory, with enough options for everyone. The manager even opened the kitchen for us late at night. The outside pool was a highlight, with an adjacent bar offering reasonably priced drinks. Chiflika is a hidden gem in Bulgarian tourism and is perfect for escaping the city life.

The location here is fantastic, close to the city center and situated in a very quiet area, plus there is a lovely restaurant for lunch.

The rooms are spacious, perfect for families, and the view from the room is amazing. The location is serene, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. The outside and inside pools are a great addition, and being able to bathe until late at night is a rare luxury. The breakfast and dinner were satisfying, just the right amount to start the day.

The location of this resort is truly breathtaking. The mountain views from the outdoor pool area are unbeatable. Another positive aspect is that the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating and always willing to help with any request.

The experience did not meet our expectations. The facilities are outdated and in need of renovation.

New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience! the location is amazing for nature lovers and the facilities are stunning. We enjoyed the hot springs and sauna located on site. the staff was kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated the live music during the New Year's Eve celebration and the delicious traditional Bulgarian cuisine served in the restaurant.

The hotel lacked some attention to detail with regards to maintenance and cleanliness. There were some broken tiles on the pool and the garden could have been better taken care of.
